  • Your personal data will be received by the Compliance Officer and the Office of the Board of Arteche, who guarantee their confidentiality.
  • The author of communications should preferably be identified therein so that these may be processed more efficiently and quickly, although they may also be made anonymously.
  • Complaints made anonymously shall only be investigated if they include documentation, evidence or some means of proof indicating their veracity.
  • Complaints must be made in good faith, and any that are false or malicious may give rise to the corresponding sanctions.
  • You are hereby reminded that the Arteche Group has specifically undertaken to forbid reprisals against any person who formally or informally submits a query or a complaint.
