Instructions for use.

Your personal data will be received by the Compliance Officer and the Office of the Board of Arteche, who guarantee their confidentiality.
The author of communications should preferably be identified therein so that these may be processed more efficiently and quickly, although they may also be made anonymously.
Complaints made anonymously shall only be investigated if they include documentation, evidence or some means of proof indicating their veracity.
Complaints must be made in good faith, and any that are false or malicious may give rise to the corresponding sanctions.
You are hereby reminded that the Arteche Group has specifically undertaken to forbid reprisals against any person who formally or informally submits a query or a complaint.
